Wildlife Windows has installed this peregrine nesting tray and live streaming camera system at Romsey Abbey, Hampshire UK.
We are hosting this live stream for the three project partners:
Romsey Abbey, Romsey Town Council and Romsey & District Society.
This is a new peregrine site. A pair of peregrines attempted to breed in this location in 2024 but were unsuccessful so a suitable nesting tray has been installed in the hope they will use it and succeed. The resident pair of birds have started (mid-March) showing all the right signs of breeding and using this nesting tray. Fingers crossed for the forthcoming season.
Please note, these are wild birds exhibiting wild behaviour. We are unable to intervene in the event of any natural issues with the birds and as such we may switch the stream off if we deem it necessary.
