AXIS OS 12 has introduced a range of powerful new features, including AXIS Image Health Analytics. This AI-powered application helps to keep your camera's image quality consistently at its best, providing peace of mind for businesses that rely on clear, reliable video footage.

Key Features of AXIS Image Health Analytics

  • AI-Based Analytics: Ensures accurate notifications for any image quality issues.
  • Tampering Detection: Alerts you if the camera has been physically adjusted or obstructed.
  • Degradation Alerts: Receive immediate notifications if the image quality deteriorates.
  • Pre-Installed Compatibility: Available on selected AXIS cameras.

With this advanced monitoring application, you no longer need to manually check each camera. Instead, the application 24/7 evaluates image quality, sending instant alerts if any issues arise. Whether it’s for live viewing, recordings, or streaming, AXIS Image Health Analytics keeps your video footage clear and consistent.

Thanks to real-time insights and instant alerts, maintaining high-quality video has never been easier. This innovative feature helps you stay on top of your video quality — ensuring reliable footage when it matters most.

Keeping Cameras in Focus at Jump Parks

One of our satisfied customers operates indoor jump parks, where cameras capture visitors performing tricks like backflips. In these dynamic environments, maintaining sharp image quality is crucial, because the customer wants to offer an engaging experience to the visitors. Thanks to installed AXIS P3265-V cameras, which come pre-installed with AXIS Image Health Analytics, visitors can start a 20-second recording by scanning a QR code on their wristbands. Afterward, they can download and share their videos directly to social media.

However, the nature of jump parks means cameras may be affected by accidental impacts. Occasionally, enthusiastic jumpers kick walls or obstacles, causing cameras to lose focus. In such cases, AXIS Image Health Analytics immediately detects blurriness and triggers an automated response.

Pre-configured Axis rule initiates a VAPIX query to refocus the camera. This automated refocusing ensures that visitors can continue enjoying a seamless recording experience without manual intervention.
