The tawny owl mainly breeds in tree hollows and starts nesting early in the year (February or March). For several years in a row, a pair of tawny owls has chosen one of the two breeding boxes here as a nest in the forest of De Mortel. During the breeding season I stream LIVE from the forest in De Mortel. This camera is 100% crowdfunded by our viewers to experience nature projects. We ❤ our community!
