The rescue station accepts all injured or ill wild animals. It takes care of abandoned baby animals and provides first aid, veterinary treatment, rehabilitation, preparation for release and actual release back to nature. In 2017, the station took up 403 animals of 59 species in total. 283 animals were released into the wild again, but about 46 remained in captivity due to their health condition.
